摘　　要：黄芪为常用大宗药材,常见于经典名方,由于其用量大,储备量多,保存不当容易霉变,黄芪霉变不仅影响患者用药的安全性和有效性,而且会对相关企业和医院造成较大的经济损失,因此,其霉变的防治意义重大。本文结合黄芪化学成分探讨黄芪霉变原因,并提出了防止其霉变的措施,以期为黄芪的临床应用和养护提供参考。Astragalus membranaceus is a commonly used bulk medicinal material,which is common in classic prescriptions.Due to its large amount of use,large reserves,and improper preservation,it is easy to mildew.The mildew of Astragalus membranaceus not only affects the safety and effectiveness of patients'medication,but also causes great economic losses to related enterprises and hospitals.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of mildew is of great significance.In this paper,the causes of mildew of Astragalus membranaceus were discussed in combination with the chemical constituents of Astragalus membranaceus,and the measures to prevent mildew were put forward in order to provide reference for the clinical application and maintenance of Astragalus membranaceus.
