摘 要:经过小试实验,探索芬顿工艺在化学制药废水处理应用的工艺参数,试验表明:在芬顿试剂的作用下,化学制药废水中的COD和总有机碳含量明显下降。经COD与总有机碳去除关系类比,推荐“MBR+芬顿+BAF”工艺作为常规生化后的处理措施,可大大降低COD和总有机碳的浓度。工程实践表明:以“MBR+芬顿+BAF”组成的废水深度处理工艺,能有效去除化学制药废水的COD、总有机碳,确保废水达标排放。本实验结果及工程应用案例,为化学制药废水的深度处理提供了一定的借鉴意义。Through small-scale experiments,the process parameters of the Fenton process in the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater were explored.The experiments showed that under the action of Fenton reagents,the COD and total organic carbon content in the pharmaceutical wastewater significantly decreased.Based on the relationship between COD and total organic carbon removal,the“MBR+Fenton+BAF”process is recommended as a conventional post-biochemical treatment measure,which can greatly reduce the concentrations of COD and total organic carbon.Engineering practice has demonstrated that the wastewater treatment process composed of“MBR+Fenton+BAF”can effectively remove COD and total organic carbon in chemical pharmaceutical wastewater,ensuring the wastewater meets the discharge standards.The results of this experiment and engineering application case provide valuable reference for the deep treatment of chemical pharmaceutical wastewater.
