摘  要:针对环保领域“废旧塑料循环利用”及“微塑料污染源头控制”热点,该文设计了高铁酸钾表面预处理结合浮选分离聚碳酸酯(PC)与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的综合研究型实验。实验主要开展了表面预处理、浮选因素影响研究及分离效率评价,并结合分析表征、数值模拟等方法对机理进行了探究。结果显示,预处理能选择性地降低PC的上浮率,结合浮选能实现PC与PMMA废旧塑料混合物的高效分离,纯度和回收率均达到100%。该实验针对环境领域热点,结合实验研究、材料表征、数值模拟等不同知识,能培养学生知识融合能力、科学创新思维。Focusing on the hotspots of“recycling of waste plastics”and“source control of microplastic pollution”in environmental field,a comprehensive and research-based experiment on combining surface pretreatment using potassium ferrate and flotation toward separating waste polycarbonate(PC)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)is designed.The effect of various parameters within surface pretreatment and flotation on separation performance is systematically investigated,and the underlying mechanism is elucidated using surface characterization and numerical simulation.The results show that surface pretreatment remarkably restricts the floatability of PC,and guarantees the highly efficient separation of PC and PMMA waste plastic mixtures using flotation,with the purity and recovery of 100%.Overall,toward the hotspots in environmental field,this comprehensive experiment integrates experimental studies,material characterization,and numerical simulation,and can improve the students’ability of knowledge fusion and cultivate their scientific innovative thinking.
