摘  要:在新工科建设背景下,培养兼顾扎实理论知识和丰富实践能力的复合型人才已经成为环境工程专业发展的必然方向。本文在分析“固体废弃物处理”课程教学现状基础上,基于成果导向、以学生为中心和持续改进的基本原则,从凝练知识体系、强化实践环节、优化教学方法、完善考核机制四个方面对该课程进行改革,以期为培养满足时代发展的复合型人才提供有力支持。Under the background of new engineering,it is the inevitable direction for environmental engineering to cultivate inter-disciplinary talent with solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical abilities.In this work,the current teaching situation of the course“Solid Waste Disposal”was discussed.Then,based on the basic principles of results orientation,student-centered and continuous improvement,the course reforms were conduct from four aspects:refining the knowledge system,strengthening practical links,optimizing teaching methods,and improving assessment mechanisms,which will provide strong support for cultivating inter-disciplinary talents that consistent with the development of the times.
