摘  要:通过双螺杆挤出机熔融,将空心玻璃微珠(HGB)和尼龙66(PA66)树脂熔融共混挤出,制得HGS/PA66复合材料,研究复合材料的在不同螺杆组合工艺下的比重和力学性能。结果发现:30%HGB填充的PA66复合材料通过不同的螺杆组合挤出,复合材料的比重和力学性能表现不同;总体而言,随着螺杆组合剪切的合理减弱,空心玻珠的破损率越低,材料的比重和流动性越低,材料的力学性能越好;但螺杆的剪切力减弱到一定程度后,材料的分散性则会变差导致材料的力学性能降低。Hollow glass beads(HGB)and nylon 66(PA66)resin were fused and extruded by twin-screw extruder to prepare HGS/PA66 composite.The specific gravity and mechanical properties of the composite were studied under different screw combination processes.The results show that PA66 composites filled with 30%HGB are extruded by different screw combinations,and the specific gravity and mechanical properties of the composites are different.In general,with the reasonable weakening of screw combination shear,the lower the breakage rate of hollow glass beads,the lower the specific gravity and fluidity of the material,the better the mechanical properties of the material;However,after the shear force of the screw is weakened to a certain extent,the dispersion of the material will become worse,resulting in the mechanical properties of the material will be reduced.
