摘　　要：连续重整装置是各炼油企业重要装置,连续重整装置的长周期运行直接决定炼油企业的效益高低,本文通过反应器压降变化、催化剂料位异常降低等运行参数变化,准确判断出第四反应器外筛网破损导致催化剂漏剂,并针对四反外筛网破损原因进行分析,同时就如何预防催化剂泄漏提出可行性建议措施,确保装置长稳优运行。Continuous reforming unit is an important unit of various oil refining enterprises.The long-term operation of continuous reforming unit directly determines the efficiency of oil refining enterprises.This paper accurately judges the catalyst leakage caused by the damage of the outer screen of the fourth reactor through the changes of operating parameters such as the pressure drop of the reactor and the abnormal reduction of catalyst level,and analyzes the causes of the damage of the outer screen of the fourth reactor,At the same time,the feasible suggestions and measures on how to prevent catalyst leakage are put forward to ensure long-term stable and optimal operation of the unit.
