摘 要:为了研究典型浮顶罐密封圈火灾事故的发生机理和预防措施,提出了一种HAZOP-FTA综合分析法进行研究,并通过实际案例进行分析。通过HAZOP分析事故情况发现导致故障状态发生的主要偏差是一二次密封形成的空间中存在爆炸性油气混合物;利用FTA分析火灾事故原因发现一次密封的异常泄漏是导致密封圈内油气混合物浓度到达爆炸下限的最主要原因。实例证明该方法能有效将HAZOP与FTA进行结合,针对密封圈火灾事故提出指导性意见,为浮顶油罐的安全运行和避免火灾爆炸事故的发生提供了参考依据。In order to study the occurrence mechanism and preventive measures of the fire accident of the sealing ring of the typical floating roof tank,a HAZOP-FTA comprehensive analysis method was proposed to study the accident,and an actual case was used to analysis.Through HAZOP analysis of the accident situation,it was found that the main deviation leading to the failure state was the presence of explosive oil and gas mixture in the space formed by the primary and secondary seals;and it is found that the abnormal leakage of seal ring is the main reason for the mixture concentration reach the lower explosion limit.This case proves that the method can effectively combine HAZOP and FTA,and provides opinions for the seal ring fire accident,which provides references for the safe operation of the floating roof oil tank and the avoidance of fire and explosion accidents.
