静电喷塑企业清洁生产潜力分析——以某企业为例

摘　　要：为实现静电喷塑企业节能降耗、降低污染及安全生产的目的,通过分析企业生产实际与相关清洁生产法律法规要求的差距,结合技术可行性、环境效果等要素确定企业清洁生产方案,以喷塑线改造、除尘装置改造、二级活性炭装置改造及环境管理等探索静电喷塑企业清洁生产潜力,实现静电喷塑企业清洁生产。In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy,reducing consumption,reducing pollution and safe production of electrostatic spraying enterprises,by analyzing the gap between the actual production of the enterprise and the requirements of relevant clean production laws and regulations,and combining technical feasibility,environmental effects and other factors to determine the clean production plan of the enterprise,to spraying line transformation,dust removal device transformation,secondary activated carbon device transformation and environmental management,etc.Explore the potential of clean production in electrostatic spraying enterprises,and realize clean production in electrostatic spraying enterprises.
