摘 要:目的:基于UPLC-Q-Exactive和HPLC-PDA技术定性鉴别青钱柳叶总黄酮中的化学成分。方法:通过UPLC-Q-Exactive技术初步分析青钱柳叶总黄酮部位的化学成分,采用HPLC-PDA技术将其中与保肝作用相关的7种成分与对照品进行比对,进一步确证。结果:初步鉴定出青钱柳叶总黄酮中7大类共44种化学成分,其中黄酮类21种,并进一步确证了异槲皮苷、鞣花酸、槲皮素、异绿原酸C、山奈酚、金丝桃苷、绿原酸7种化学成分。结论:本文建立的方法可为青钱柳叶总黄酮的质量评价和控制提供依据。Objective:UPLC-Q-Exactive and HPLC-PDA techniques were used to identify the chemical constituents of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves.Methods:The chemical components of otal flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves were analyzed by UPLC-Q-Exactive technique,and then the 7 components related to anti-liver fibrosis were compared with the control substances by HPLC-PDA method to further confirm.Results:A total of 44 chemical components were identified from 7 categories of flavonoids,including 21 flavonoids.Seven chemical components of isoquercetin,ellagic acid,quercetin,isochlorogenic acid C,kaanneferol,hypericin and chlorogenic acid were further identified.Conclusion:The method established in this paper can provide a reference for the quality evaluation and control of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves.
