摘  要:设计了一个基于橡塑熔融共混制备双刺激响应形状记忆热塑性硫化胶(TPV)的实验。首先,通过在转矩流变仪中进行橡塑熔融共混引发动态硫化制备聚乳酸(PLA)/天然橡胶(NR)/四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))TPV,然后通过不同手段对TPV的光致/热致形状记忆行为进行了研究。本实验设置让学生从材料配方设计、共混实验、测试表征等完成材料设计的全过程,使得学生在掌握共混这一实验技能的同时,开阔其对材料设计的思路,提高创新能力,从而提高学生的科研素质,为其后续进行科学研究打好基础。In this paper,an experiment was designed to prepare multi-stimuli-responsive shape memory thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)based on melt blending.Firstly,polylactic acid(PLA)/natural rubber(NR)/Ferric oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))TPV was prepared by dynamic vulcanization in a torque rheometer,and then the NIR/thermal-induced shape memory behavior of TPV was tested by different means.This experiment allows students to complete the whole process of material design from material formulation design,blending experiment an characterization,so that students can master the experimental skills of blending,broaden their ideas of material design,improve their innovation ability,thereby improving their scientific research quality and laying a good foundation for their subsequent scientific research.
