海量英语短语习语,何以科学分级分类?——来自“基于海量数据的大规模英语用法知识库”的报告

摘　　要：本文是英语基础资源建设方面的工作报告。众所周知,英语习惯用法的学习和使用,一直是中国学生的难点和痛点。缺少适合课堂教学和自主学习的分级分类内容,是其中的一个主要原因。针对这一问题,我们通过“基于海量数据的大规模英语用法知识库”的构建,总结出英语构式的典型参数特征,以此作为标准,对库中海量资源进行了分级分类的单元切分和练习制作,并借助“星空英语”教学平台(http://starenglish.sflep.com),实现了英语习惯用法的在线学习功能。This paper serves as a summary of the work we have done in teaching resources development.As is well known,English usage has presented a serious challenge for learners in China.The lack of suitable content for students’needs and grade levels has greatly reduced the efficiency of classroom teaching and autonomous learning in this respect.To solve the problem,we first set up an English usage corpus,then introduced a set of parameters to arrange the phrases and idioms collected according to different levels,and finally made online training accessible.
