摘 要:陶瓷练泥机内的泥料黏附现象会导致产品分层和裂纹问题,影响旋压成型的坯体质量。针对以上问题,在黏土黏附理论和土壤电渗机理的基础上,采用仿生微型电渗结构实现泥料挤出壁面的减黏和降阻,并提出以进出口压力差为指标反应电渗减阻性能。采用模块化法搭建压力实验平台,对影响泥料挤出质量和效率的参数进行正交实验。通过分析筒的内壁和进出口处的压力结果可知,最优组合为A3B5C1D3E1F5,主次因素为:铰刀转速、含水率、出口半径、电渗电压、电极间隙和阴阳极宽度比。采用最优参数组合对TL-125型真空练泥机的挤泥筒进行改进,结果表明,仿生微电渗结构的减阻率达到26.7%,练泥机能耗降低11.58%,泥料表面形态有较大程度改善,试验取得预期效果。The adhesion phenomenon of clay in the ceramic clay extruder would bring out issues,such as product layering and cracking,which affects the quality of the bodies formed by using rotary molding.To address these problems,a biomimetic micro-electroosmotic structure is proposed based on the clay adhesion theory and soil electroosmotic mechanism to reduce adhesion and resistance on the clay extrusion wall.Additionally,it is proposed to use the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet as an indicator to reflect the reduction in electroosmotic resistance.To conduct the experiment,a modular method was used to build a pressure test platform,while orthogonal experiments were carried out to analyze the parameters that affect the quality and efficiency of the clay extrusion.By analyzing the pressure results at the inner wall of the cylinder and the inlet and outlet,optimal combination was identified to be A3B5C1D3E1F5,with the main and secondary factors being the hinge knife speed,water content,outlet radius,electroosmotic voltage,electrode gap and anode-cathode width ratio.Using the combination of optimal parameters,qualities of the clay extrusion cylinder with the TL-125 vacuum clay extruder was improved.It is found that the electroosmotic resistance reduction rate of the biomimetic micro-electroosmotic structure reached 26.7%,the energy consumption of the clay extruder was reduced by 11.58%,and the surface morphology of the clay was significantly improved.The experiment results are well within the expectations.
