摘 要:努氏压痕法测量精细陶瓷弹性模量可用于小尺寸样品,且操作简便,但存在测试结果准确性和可比性差的问题,导致该方法长期以来未得到广泛的应用。采用努氏压痕法对六种陶瓷材料、玻璃、努氏硬度标准块的弹性模量进行测量,结果表明,努氏压痕法测得的弹性模量与脉冲激励法和弯曲法的结果基本相当。但由于误差传递效应,当压痕尺寸b′/a′大于0.13时,Marshall公式对H/E和E计算结果的相对误差比尺寸测量误差大12倍,导致结果不可靠。因此,努氏压痕法测量弹性模量适用于塑性变形较小的脆性材料。当表面抛光差或者压痕出现轻微崩裂导致顶点不清晰时,利用采集压痕边上的点坐标计算对角线长度,可以提高高载荷时的测量成功率。Knoop indentation is a simple method to measure elastic modulus of fine ceramic samples with small size.However,due to the poor accuracy and comparability,this method has not been widely used for a long time.Here,the elastic modulus of six groups of ceramics,glass and standard block of Knoop hardness were measured by using Knoop indentation method.It is found that the elastic modulus in this work was consistent with that obtained by using pulse excitation and bending methods.However,due to the error transfer effect,when the indentation size b′/a′was greater than 0.13,the relative deviation of the calculation results of H/E and E with Marshall formula would be 12 times greater than the size measurement error,resulting in unreliable results.Therefore,Knoop indentation method was suitable for measuring elastic modulus of brittle materials with small plastic deformation.When the vertex was not clear due to poor surface polishing or slight cracking of the indentation,the diagonal length could be calculated by collecting the point coordinates on the edge of the indentation,which could improve the measurement success rate under high loads.
