出口技术复杂度的国外中间品依赖如何影响全球价值链分工地位?

摘　　要：以构建出口技术复杂度的国外中间品依赖程度测度指标为切入点,细致刻画了出口技术复杂度的国外中间品依赖对全球价值链分工地位的作用机理。研究发现:首先,出口技术复杂度的国外中间品依赖程度提升不利于全球价值链分工地位攀升,该机制不仅使国外中间品进口具有引狼拒虎的特征,还使高端中间品成为制衡全球价值链分工地位的重要工具;其次,出口技术复杂度的国外中间品依赖程度提升会通过制约资本积累和人力资本积累两个潜在渠道抑制全球价值链分工地位的升级,提高物质资本和人力资本积累的速度与质量可以成为缓解抑制效应的重要突破口;最后,中国出口技术复杂度的国外中间品依赖不仅位居样本国前列,还呈现持续增大的趋势,因而对中国而言,出口技术复杂度的国外中间品过度依赖和全球价值链分工地位偏低共存,破解这一窘境的压力与迫切性均较大。By constructing an indicator to measure the degree of dependence on foreign intermediates of export sophistication as an entry point,the mechanism of the dependence on foreign intermediates of export sophistication on the global value chain(GVC)position is carefully portrayed.This study finds that,first,the increase in the dependence on foreign intermediates of export sophistication is not conducive to the upgrading of the GVC position.The mechanism not only makes the import of foreign intermediates similar to that of attracting wolves and resisting tigers,but also makes the high-end intermediates become an important tool for leveraging the GVC position.Second,the increase in the dependence on foreign intermediates of export sophistication can inhibit the upgrading of the GVC position through two potential channels:physical capital and human capital.Therefore,improving the speed and quality of physical and human capital accumulation can be extremely beneficial in alleviating the inhibition effect.Last,China's dependence on foreign intermediates of export sophistication is not only at the forefront of the sample countries,but also shows a trend of continuous increase.Therefore,the pressure and urgency of solving the dilemma of excessive dependence on foreign intermediates of export sophistication and the low GVC position are both critical for China.
