摘 要:围绕板料在拉深过程中容易起皱的现象,引入强压工艺以消除板料的起皱,并探讨了强压压力与起皱程度的关系。为了定量分析强压压力与起皱的联系,通过研究起皱形态的表达,将起皱形成的波纹转化为标准波形进行计算,通过有限元软件仿真计算对应波形的强压压力。试验结果表明:有限元分析的强压压力与实际强压压力存在一致性,验证了计算结果的可靠性。Focusing on the phenomenon that sheet metal was prone to wrinkling in the drawing process,the forced pressing process was introduced to eliminate the wrinkling of sheet metal,and the relationship between the forced pressing pressure and the wrinkling degree was discussed.In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the forced pressing pressure and wrin-kling,the wrinkles formed by wrinkling were converted into standard waveforms by studying the expression of wrinkling forms for calculation,and the forced pressing pressure of corresponding waveform was calculated by finite element software simulation.The experimental results showed that the forced pressing pressure analyzed by finite element was consistent with the actual forced pressing pressure,which verified the reliability of the calculated results.
