摘　　要：通过对某发动机舱盖板扣合模具的设计进行总结,阐述了扣合模具设计过程中的要点,对各类标准预翻边机构的运动原理进行了剖析,并对不同类型预翻机构可能对扣合件品质造成的影响进行了分析,对类似模具的设计、调试有一定的借鉴作用。Through summarizing the design of fastening die for a certain engine nacelle cover plate,the main points in the design process were expounded.The motion principle of various standard pre-bending mechanisms was analyzed,and the influence of different pre-bending mechanisms on the quality of fastening parts was analyzed.It had certain reference for the design and debugging of similar dies.
