摘  要:对汽车驱动桥的导向杆座进行分析,对比不同冲孔工艺及零件弯曲的适应性,确定了合理的冲孔工艺,并阐述了浮动悬臂式上、下同时冲孔的结构特征。经生产验证,上、下同时冲孔的工艺合理,简化了斜楔式侧冲孔工艺中模具结构,保证了零件冲孔质量,延长了模具的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。The process analysis of the guide pin base of the automobile drive axle was carried out,the reasonable punching process was determined by comparing different punching methods and the adaptability to the bending of the parts,and the structural characteristics of the floating cantile-ver type simultaneously punching in the upper and lower directions were described.The produc-tion proved that the process of simultaneously punching in the upper and lower directions was rea-sonable,which simplified the die structure,ensured the punching quality of the parts,and pro-longed the service life of the die.
