摘  要:以造型复杂的汽车组合仪表罩为例,介绍了解决PC+ABS塑料成型的塑件外观色差问题的方案。方案主要内容为:塑件壁厚设计要均匀,避免太厚的加强筋;进料设计应尽量缩短流道长度;冷却系统设计要保证模具各部分均匀冷却;注射工艺参数调试要遵循模具温度高、保压压力低、保压时间短的原则。该解决色差问题的方案已在多款车型中验证,可为同类塑件的开发提供参考。Taking the automobile instrument mask with complex shape as an example,the solution to the problem of chromatic aberration of PC+ABS plastic part was introduced.The wall thickness of plastic parts should be uniform to avoid too thick stiffener,and the feeding scheme was de-signed to shorten the length of the runner as much as possible,so that the holding pressure runner was smooth.The cooling system design should ensure that all parts of the mould were cooled uni-formly,and the adjustment of injection process parameters should follow the principle of high mould temperature,low holding pressure,and short holding pressure time.The solution to the problem of chromatic aberration had been verified in several models,which could provide refer-ence for the development of similar plastic parts.
