摘　　要：对高压复合绝缘子伞裙成型工艺和成型模进行研究,通过对成型模进行结构设计、有限元分析及模具生产制造,完成了制品的批量生产。生产实践表明:成型制品的尺寸、表观状态等各项性能均满足使用要求。The injection moulding technology and mould for umbrella skirt sleeve of high-voltage composite insulator were studied.Through the structure design of mould,finite element analysis and mould manufacturing,the mass production were completed.The production practice showed that the size,apparent state and other properties of the molded products met the use requirements.
