摘 要:[目的]本研究旨在探究不同匍匐翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)品种(系)的田间坪用性状、适应性和耐热性差异,从而筛选出具有推广利用潜力的抗逆种质资源。[方法]以国外引进的14个匍匐翦股颖品种(系)为试验材料,在南京地区越夏前、后开展田间坪用性状(密度、均一性、色泽、质地)和适应性(耐旱性、耐热性)评价,同时在室内常温条件(25℃/20℃,昼/夜)和高温胁迫(38℃/28℃,昼/夜)下测定草坪质量耐热指数、生长速率、叶长和叶宽,进一步评价其耐热性。[结果]在越夏后,不同品种(系)的坪用性状和适应性均明显降低,但是T-1、Alpha和Barracuda(MVS-AP-101)的草坪密度、均一性、色泽、质地和适应性表现相对较好,草坪综合质量评分均为中等(4~5分)。在盆栽试验中,高温胁迫导致各品种(系)的草坪质量耐热指数下降至0.76~0.91。基于草坪质量耐热指数进行系统聚类分析,可将14个匍匐翦股颖品种(系)聚成3类,分别为5个耐热型、6个中间型和3个热敏感型。T-1、Luminary、Barracuda(MVS-AP-101)、Pure Distinction(PST-OJO)和007属于耐热型品种(系),其中T-1的生长速率较快。[结论]T-1和Barracuda(MVS-AP-101)的综合表现突出,越夏能力相对较强,适合在南京地区推广利用。[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate turf characteristics,adaptability and difference in heat tolerance of creeping bentgrass(Agrostis stolonifera)cultivars(strains)in order to select stress-tolerant germplasm resources with potential for promotion and utilization.[Methods]With 14 creeping bentgrass cultivars(strains)as test materials,the field and pot experiment methods were used,respectively.Turf characteristics(density,uniformity,color,texture)and adaptability(drought tolerance,heat tolerance)were evaluated before and over summer in Nanjing region.Furthermore,turf quality heat tolerance index,growth rate,leaf length and leaf width were measured to evaluate heat tolerance under non-stress condition(25℃/20℃,day/night)and heat stress(38℃/28℃,day/night).[Results]Turf characteristics and adaptability decreased obviously over summer in different cultivars(strains).Comprehensive quality of T-1,Alpha and Barracuda(MVS-AP-101)were medium(4 to 5 score)as reflected by higher turf density,uniformity,color,texture and adaptability.In pot experiment,high temperature stress resulted in a decrease in turf quality heat tolerance index to 0.76-0.91 in all cultivars(strains).System cluster analysis allowed 14 creeping bentgrass cultivars(strains)to be clustered into 3 categories based on turf quality heat tolerance index,including 5 heat-tolerant,6 medium,and 3 heat-sensitive types.T-1,Luminary,Barracuda(MVS-AP-101),Pure Distinction(PST-OJO)and 007 were heat-tolerant cultivars(strains),and T-1 had a faster growth rate.[Conclusions]T-1 and Barracuda(MVS-AP-101)had better comprehensive quality and heat tolerance than other cultivars(strains),which could be utilized in Nanjing region.
