摘　　要：BIM技术在建筑领域的应用,推动了建筑行业生产和管理模式的变革和创新。在装配式建筑施工过程中应用BIM技术,可以对预制构件的运输、吊装、安装等施工过程进行多维、动态模拟,找出实际施工过程中可能出现的安全隐患和安全风险。本文对装配式建筑安全管理的特点、危险因素进行了分析,提出了几点关于BIM技术在装配式建筑施工安全管理的应用建议,以期为相关人员提供参考。The application of BIM technology in the construction field has promoted the transformation and innovation of the production and management mode in the construction industry.The application of BIM technology in the construction process of prefabricated buildings can make full use of the advantages of BIM technology to conduct multidimensional and dynamic simulation of the construction process of transportation,hoisting and installation of prefabricated components,and find out the potential safety risks in the actual construction process.It is analyzed the characteristics,risk factors,and the application of BIM technology in the construction safety management of prefabricated buildings,and put forward some sugges-tions on the application of BIM technology in the construction safety management of prefabricated build-ings,in order to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
