摘  要:以苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯大孔树脂(HZ818)为载体、二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)为萃取剂,制备P204溶剂浸渍树脂(P204 SIRs),采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(IR)和热重分析仪(TG)对P204 SIRs进行了表征,研究了P204 SIRs在硫酸体系中吸附Ga(Ⅲ)的性能。结果表明,P204 SIRs吸附Ga(Ⅲ)的最佳pH值为1.8;298 K下Ga(Ⅲ)吸附平衡时间约为20 h,饱和吸附量为10.9 mg/g,动力学吸附行为可用拟二级动力学方程t/Qt=0.2173+0.0962t来描述;P204 SIRs对Ga(Ⅲ)的等温吸附比较符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,可以表示为C_(e)/Q_(e)=0.4482+0.0588C_(e),298 K下拟合得到的对Ga(Ⅲ)的饱和吸附量约为17 mg/g。P204 solvent impregnated resins(P204 SIRs)were prepared by using styrene-divinylbenzene macroporous resin(HZ818)as a carrier and bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid(P204)as an extractant,and were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectrometer(IR),and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)to investigate the adsorption performance of P204 SIRs for Ga(Ⅲ)in sulfuric acid solution.The results show that the optimal pH value for Ga(Ⅲ)adsorption by P204 SIRs is 1.8.The adsorption equilibrium time of Ga(Ⅲ)at 298 K is approximately 20 h,with a saturation adsorption capacity of 10.9 mg/g,and the kinetic adsorption behavior could be described by a pseudo-second-order kinetic equation as t/Q_(t)=0.2173+0.0962t.The isothermal adsorption of Ga(Ⅲ)by P204 SIRs follows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model of C_(e)/Q_(e)=0.4482+0.0588C_(e),and the fitted saturation adsorption capacity of Ga(Ⅲ)at 298 K is about 17 mg/g.
