摘 要:以Ti、Al、Nb单质粉末为原料,采用放电等离子烧结技术(SPS)制备了Ti_(2)AlNb合金。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对合金显微组织及物相结构进行表征,并测试了Ti_(2)AlNb合金室温力学性能。结果表明,放电等离子烧结法制得的Ti_(2)AlNb合金晶粒分布均匀,室温力学性能优异,抗拉强度达到254 MPa。相比传统烧结方式,放电等离子烧结法具有升温速度快和烧结样品致密性高等优点。Ti_(2)AlNb alloy was prepared using elemental powders of Ti,Al and Nb through spark plasma sintering(SPS).The microstructure and phase composition of the alloy were characterized using scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD),and the room temperature mechanical properties of the Ti_(2)AlNb alloy were also tested.The results show that the Ti_(2)AlNb alloy prepared by spark plasma sintering has uniform grain distribution and superior room temperature mechanical properties,with a tensile strength of 254 MPa.Compared with traditional sintering methods,spark plasma sintering offers advantages such as rapid heating and high densification of sintered samples.
