摘 要:研究了硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)-普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)复合砂浆在不同配合比下的凝结时间和强度,分析了不同养护条件和龄期下硫铝酸盐水泥陶瓷砖粘结砂浆的拉伸粘结强度和收缩率。结果表明:当OPC等量替代SAC不超过50%时,随着OPC掺量的提高,复合胶凝材料的凝结时间缩短,强度降低;当不掺入可再分散乳胶粉或乳液聚合物时,硫铝酸盐水泥基陶瓷砖粘结砂浆的拉伸粘结强度能达到JC/T 547—2017《陶瓷砖胶粘剂》中的C1等级,且标养360 d相较标养28 d砂浆的拉伸粘结强度并无明显降低;SAC与OPC比例为9∶1时的复合胶凝材料,相较仅用SAC作为胶凝材料的陶瓷砖粘结砂浆具有更高的耐水、耐冻融及耐热老化性能,其收缩率仅为普通硅酸盐水泥基陶瓷砖粘结砂浆的1/3~1/2。This paper investigates the setting time and strength of sulphate aluminate cement(SAC)-ordinary Portland cement(OPC)composite mortar under different proportioning conditions,and analyzes the tensile bond strength and shrinkage of sulphate aluminate cement ceramic tile bonding mortar under different maintenance conditions and ages.The results show that when the proportion of OPC equal replacement of SAC is not more than 50%,with the increase of OPC doping,the setting time of the composite cementitious material is shortened and the strength is reduced;when not mixed with dispersible latex powder or emulsion polymer,the tensile bond strength of sulphate aluminate cement-based ceramic tile bonding mortar can reach the C1 grade in JC/T 547—2017 Adhesives for ceramic tiles,and the tensile bond strength of the mortar with standardized curing for 360 days is not significantly reduced compares to the standardized curing for 28 days;when the ratio of SAC and OPC 9:1 composite cementitious material,it compares with only SAC as the cementitious material of ceramic tile bonding mortar has a higher resistance to water,freezing and thawing and heat aging performance,its shrinkage rate is only ordinary Portland cement-based ceramic tile bonding mortar 1/3~1/2.
