摘  要:本文将增粘剂应用于苏州地铁无砟轨道填充层自密实钢纤维细石混凝土中,通过对增粘剂掺量进行调整,研究混凝土拌合物的性能。结果表明:不加入增粘剂时,混凝土拌合物对用水量很敏感,容易出现泌水离析问题;加入增粘剂后,混凝土的增稠保水能力增强,具备高流动性的同时不泌水离析,和易性良好;当增粘剂掺量为4%时,拌合物性能最佳,混凝土不离析不泌水,混凝土能够自密实成型,56 d抗压强度达到54.3 MPa。现场对自密实钢纤维细石混凝土性能进行验证,混凝土拌合物和易性良好,顺利完成灌板且揭板效果良好,板面无大气泡和浮浆层,小气泡面积不超过板面面积的2%,满足技术要求。This paper applies the viscosifier to self-compacting steel fiber fine stone concrete in the subway ballastless track filling layer of Suzhou Metro,and investigates the performance of the concrete mix by adjusting the viscosifier dosage.The results show that without viscosifier,the concrete mix is very sensitive to water consumption and prone to water segregation;after adding viscosifier,it can enhance the thickening and water retention capacity of concrete,with high fluidity,no water segregation,and good compatibility;when mixes the viscosifier at a dosage of 4%,the mix performs optimally,and the concrete does not segregate,there is no water segregation,the concrete is able to enter into the mold in the form of self-compacting,and the compressive strength of 56 days reaches 54.3 MPa.On-site verification of the performance of self-compacting steel fiber fine stone concrete,it has good compatibility,smooth completion of the filling board and uncovering the board with good results,no large bubbles and floating slurry layer on the board surface,the area of small bubbles is not more than 2%of the board surface area,to meet the technical requirements.
