摘  要:试验旨在探究饲粮添加2000 IU/kg 25-羟基维生素D_(3)(25-OH-D_(3))对1~14日龄罗斯308肉鸡生长性能、骨骼发育及十二指肠细胞核维生素D受体(nVDR)、细胞膜维生素D受体(mVDR)和IIb型磷转运蛋白(NaPi-IIb)基因表达的影响。选择140只健康、体重相近的1日龄罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为2个处理,每组5个重复,每重复14只。设计2种饲粮,在基础饲粮(不含维生素D)中添加0、2000 IU/kg的25-OH-D_(3),饲喂粉状饲料,肉鸡自由采食,保证饮水充足,试验期为14 d。结果表明:(1)与基础饲粮组相比,饲粮添加2000 IU/kg 25-OH-D_(3)能显著提高1~14日龄罗斯308肉鸡采食量和体增重,显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。(2)与基础饲粮组相比,饲粮添加2000 IU/kg 25-OH-D_(3)显著提高1~14日龄肉鸡胫骨重量、长度、灰分含量、灰分重量、磷含量、钙含量(P<0.05),但没有影响肉鸡胫骨直径(P>0.05)。(3)与基础饲粮组相比,添加2000 IU/kg 25-OH-D_(3)显著提高了1~14日龄罗斯308肉鸡十二指肠mVDR、nVDR和NaPi-IIb mRNA表达量(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,添加25-OH-D_(3)可增加1~14日龄肉鸡十二指肠mVDR、nVDR和NaPi-IIb mRNA基因的表达水平,促进小肠磷吸收,改善肉鸡生长性能和骨骼发育。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of adding 2000IU/kg 25-hydroxycholecalciferol(25-OH-D_(3))on growth performance,bone development and gene expressions of nuclear vitamin D receptor(nVDR),membrane vitamin D receptor(mVDR),and type IIb phosphate transporter in the duodenum of Ross 308 broilers from 1 to 14 days of age.A total of 140 Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into 2 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 14 broilers per replicate.Two levels of 25-OH-D_(3)(0 and 2000 IU/kg)were added to the basal diet(without supplementing vitamin D).Broilers were given access to mash feed and water ad libitum during the experiment.The test lasted for 14 days.Results showed that the addition that of 2000 IU/kg 25-OH-D_(3) significantly increased the body weight gain and feed intake of broilers from 1 to 14 days of age,and it decreased the feed conversion ratio of broilers(P<0.05).The addition of 2000 IU/kg 25-OH-D_(3) increased the weight,length,ash weight,ash content,calcium content,and phosphorus content of tibia in broilers from 1 to 14 days of age(P<0.05).25-OH-D_(3) did not affect tibia diameter of broilers(P>0.05).Compared with the basal diet,the addition of 2000 IU/kg 25-OH-D_(3) significantly increased the mRNA expression levels of nVDR,mVDR and NaPi-IIb in the duodenum of broilers(P<0.05).These data indicated that the addition of 25-OH-D_(3) can increase the mRNA expression levels of nVDR,mVDR and NaPi-IIb in the duodenum,promote the absorption of phosphorus in the small intestine,and improve growth performance and bone development of broilers.
