基于空间句法的商业综合体中庭空间优化策略研究——以天津爱琴海购物公园为例

摘　　要：在城市化进程放缓与线上经济的冲击下,商业综合体正进入存量优化的时期。文章以中庭空间的优化作为切入点,以天津市核心商圈中的爱琴海购物公园的中庭空间为实际案例,借助Depthmap Beta软件构建量化分析模型。通过空间句法等相关理论,对不同空间形态、空间结构的中庭空间进行比较分析。结合实际调研与句法分析结果,针对如何优化商业综合体的中庭空间提出设计策略,以此提高商业综合体整体的适应力与空间体验感。Under the impact of slowing urbanization and online economy,commercial complex is entering a period of stock optimization.This paper takes the optimization of atrium space as the entry point,takes the atrium space of Aegean Shopping Park in the core business circle of Tianjin as the actual case,and constructs a quantitative analysis model with the help of Depthmap Beta software.Based on the correlation theory of Space Syntax,the atrium space of different spatial forms and structures is compared and analyzed.Combined with the results of actual research and syntactic analysis,the design strategy is proposed for how to optimize the atrium space of commercial complex,so as to improve the overall adaptability and spatial experience of comm ercial complex.
