小城镇可持续发展指标体系及影响因素的研究——以儒岙镇为例

摘　　要：小城镇可持续发展是一个十分复杂的系统,其涉及多个方面,包括自然、生态、经济活动等。文章以绍兴市新昌县儒岙镇作为研究区,在辨析可持续发展概念的基础上,从三个不同的维度(经济、社会、自然环境)建立了儒岙镇可持续发展的指标体系。采用层次分析法进行主观赋权,并计算2017—2021年的可持续发展指数。同时,为了给当地政府提供有效的发展路径,文章根据多元线性回归法,对儒岙镇可持续发展的主要影响因素进行判别。第三产业比重对儒岙镇可持续发展指数的影响最大,其次是工业总产值,最后是人口总量。此外,我们根据研究结果为儒岙镇总结了一些对策建议。Sustainable development of small towns is a complex system that involves many aspects,including natural,ecological and economic activities.Taking Ruao Town,Xinchang County,Shaoxing City as the research area,this paper establishes the index system of sustainable development of Ruao Town from three different dimensions(economic,social and natural environment)on the basis of analyzing the concept of sustainable development.Subjective empowerment using analytic hierarchy and calculation of sustainability indices for 2017—2021.At the same time,in order to provide an effective development path for the local government,this paper identifies the main influencing factors of the sustainable development of Ruao Town according to the multiple linear regression method.The proportion of tertiary industry has the greatest impact on the sustainable development index of Ruao Town,followed by the total industrial output value,and finally the total population.In addition,based on the results of the study,we summarized some countermeasures and suggestions for Ruao Town.
