基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的公共服务设施效能评价研究——以肖家坊镇为例

摘　　要：文章从投入-产出-效果三个方面构建了10项二级指标,29项三级指标的公共服务设施效能评价体系,并运用AHP-模糊综合评价对肖家坊镇公共服务设施效能进行综合评价。结果显示,肖家坊镇公共服务设施效能综合评价结果为一般。其中,公共服务设施的投入水平为一般;公共服务设施的产出水平为良好;公共服务设施的效果水平为差。因此,文章提出提升公共服务设施效能,要结合实际情况,提高服务质量,增强服务效能,提升居民满意度。This paper constructs an efficiency evaluation system of public service facilities with 10 secondary indexes and 29 tertiary indexes from three aspects of input-output-effect,and uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to comprehensively evaluate the efficiency of public service facilities in Xiaojiafang Town.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of public service facility efficiency evaluation in Xiaojiafang Town are average,among which the input level of public service facilities is average,the output level of public service facilities is good,and the effect level of public service facilities is poor.Therefore,it is proposed to improve the efficiency of public service facilities,improve the quality of service,enhance the efficiency of service and enhance the satisfaction of residents based on the actual situation.
