摘 要:随着城乡老龄化问题日趋突出,破解乡村养老是围绕在养老问题上的一环,而现有的乡村养老住宅质量及居住环境缺乏有效客观的评价方法,为提升乡村养老住宅营造评价的客观性,文章借助运筹学、模糊数学和相关数学模型方法,提出AEG-F综合评价法,以此建构乡村养老住宅的评价方法。提出基于人工属性、自然属性、社会属性三者共同作用下定量和定性相结合的评价指标体系,通过AEGF法推导出的理论模型计算结果划分出不同等级的乡村养老住宅星级标准,同时将理论研究应用在横山村评价案例中,以求为未来乡村养老住宅设计给予一些思考和借鉴意义。As the problem of aging in urban and rural areas becomes more and more prominent,solving the rural pension problem is a part of the old-age care problem.However,the existing rural pension housing quality and living environment lack effective and objective evaluation methods.In order to improve the objectivity of rural pension housing construction evaluation In this paper,with the help of operations research,fuzzy mathematics and related mathematical model methods,a comprehensive evaluation method of AEG-F is proposed to construct an evaluation method for rural elderly housing.A quantitative and qualitative evaluation index system based on the combined effects of artificial attributes,natural attributes,and social attributes is proposed.The calculation results of the theoretical model derived by the AEGF method are used to divide different levels of star standards for rural senior housing.At the same time,the theoretical research is applied in the evaluation case of Hengshan Village,in order to give some thinking and reference significance for the design of rural elderly housing in the future.
