摘 要:丘陵区乡镇受山地地形制限,形成的既有乡镇域建设用地多呈散布状态且存在各种与地形、生态环境的空间冲突问题。因此,有必要从国土空间规划背景下对乡镇域既有建设用地适宜性进行分析评价,为探索乡镇域建设用地集约调整和空间优化路径提供评价方法。研究以福建省龙岩市连城县林坊镇为例,从地形地貌、自然生态、社会人文三大类构建指标体系,采用层次分析法和多因子加权评价模型,开展乡镇域既有建设用地适宜性评价研究,并基于适宜性评价结果识别冲突空间,评估建设用地布局合理性。Villages and towns in hilly areas are limited by the topography of mountainous areas,and the existing construction land of villages and towns is mostly in a scattered state and there are various spatial conflicts with the terrain and ecological environment.It is necessary to analyze and evaluate the suitability of existing construction land in towns and townships under the background of territorial spatial planning,so as to provide an evaluation method for exploring the path of intensive adjustment and spatial optimization of construction land in towns and townships.Taking Linfang Town,Liancheng County,Longyan City,Fujian Province,as an example,the paper constructs an index system from three categories:landform,natural ecology and social culture,adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multi-factor weighted evaluation model to carry out the suitability evaluation of existing construction land in township areas,identifies conflict space based on the suitability evaluation results,and evaluates the rationality of regional construction spatial layout.
