生活圈视角下的南昌市老旧型单位社区老年设施可达性研究

摘　　要：文章从社区中老年人的真实日常行为活动出发,以南昌市典型老旧型单位社区作为研究对象,通过空间句法量化研究其老年人生活圈范围内的社区老年设施可达性,从全局可达性、局部可达性和感知可达性三个方面作出评价和分析,为社区老年公共服务设施的可达性提升提供设计策略。This paper starts from the real daily behaviors of the elderly in the community,takes typical old unit communities in Nanchang City as the research object,quantitatively studies the accessibility of community facilities for the elderly within the living circle of the elderly through Space Syntax,and makes evaluation and analysis from three aspects:global accessibility,local accessibility and perceived accessibility.To provide design strategies for improving the accessibility of community public service facilities for the elderly.
