大城市郊区大型居住区社区生活圈配套设施精准化供给策略研究——以上海宝山区顾村大型居住社区为例

摘　　要：上海顾村大型居住社区是上海自2003年在城市近郊区集中规划建设的多个大型保障房基地之一。针对其较为典型的自上而下政府推动型片区建设模式,以及近年来推进的以人为本自下而上的社区生活圈建设需求,文章以顾村大型居住社区为研究对象,借助高德POI、百度热力数据和Arcgis要素与网络分析工具,结合实地调研,从公共服务设施供需匹配性角度切入,聚焦大型封闭式居住区公共服务设施的优化配置问题,探讨城市郊区大型封闭式居住区的社区生活圈服务设施精准化供给的优化思路。The big residential community of Gucun in Shanghai is one of the large protected housing bases planned and built in the suburbs of Shanghai since 2003.In view of its typical top-down government-driven district construction mode and the demand for bottom-up community life circle construction based on people-oriented approach in recent years,the paper takes Gucun large residential community as an object of study and focuses on the optimal allocation of public service facilities in the large residential areas.With the help of Gaode POI,Baidu thermal data,Arcgis element and network analysis tools and field research,we explore the idea of optimizing the precise supply of service facilities in the life circle of large gated residential communities in urban suburbs from the perspective of matching the supply and demand of public service facilities.
