摘　　要：石材几乎涉及了古罗马建筑中的各个领域,其坚固耐久的特性使其成为建筑的理想材料。研究旨在分析古罗马时期建筑所使用的石材来源,来了解当时的经济、社会和文化情况。文章通过文献和历史记录的调查,探究了古罗马的石材分布、采掘、加工和运输技术,以及石材在经济和文化中的地位。古罗马人采用的技术对于当时的经济和社会发展产生了巨大的影响。研究对于理解古罗马文明和艺术史的发展具有重要的价值。Stone was extensively employed in a myriad of areas within ancient Roman buildings,and its inherent robustness and durability established it as an ideal material for construction.This research aims to investigate the provenance of stone utilized in ancient Roman architectural endeavours to elucidate the economic,social,and cultural conditions characterizing the era.Through a meticulous examination of primary documents and historical records,this study delves into the distribution,extraction,transportation,and processing techniques of stone in ancient Rome and its significance within the economic and cultural milieu.The techniques harnessed by the Romans considerably impacted the economic and social development of the time.This scholarly inquiry holds substantial value in advancing our understanding of the evolution of ancient Roman civilization and contributes to the broader discourse on art history.
