摘　　要：为党育人、为国育才是党和国家赋予大学的崇高使命。“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”是新形势下高等教育发展的先进教育理念。在“三全育人”理念指导下,从思想政治教育贯穿实验课程教学主线、团结协作的全员育人、贯穿始终的全程育人和形式多样的全方位育人四个方面进行植物生产类实验教学改革,推进课程思政建设,优化实验教学体系,形成育人合力,发挥好实验课程的育人作用,为新农科人才培养提供有益的探索与实践。Cultivating talents for the Party and the country is the lofty mission entrusted by the Party and the state.“Whole staff education,whole process education and all-round education”is the educational concept for the development of higher education advanced by General Secretary Xi Jinping under the new situations.Under the guidance of the concept of“three-wide education”,in terms of“ideological and political education through the main line of experimental course teaching”,“unity and cooperation of whole staff education”,“education throughout the whole process”and“various forms of all-round education”,carrying out experimental teaching reform of plant production,promoting curriculum ideology and politics construction,optimizing the experimental teaching system,and forming a joint force of educating to give full play to the educational role of experimental courses.These could provide beneficial exploration and practice for the cultivation of new agricultural talents.
