摘  要:随着高含水老油田稳产攻坚战进程加快,产能建设征地难、效益开发难度大以及环境保护要求高等难点问题日益凸显。大港油田通过理念、技术、管理创新,升级“井工厂”建井模式,探索应用井丛场工厂化作业、智能化控制和绿色化管理等关键技术,构建形成了集优化设计、智能管控、绿色生产为一体的智能井丛场建管模式。港西一号井丛场应用实践表明,智能井丛场建管模式有效提高了开发建设和生产管理水平,实现了绿色效益建产,对助推老油田高质量发展具有重要示范意义。With the acceleration in the process of stabilizing production in high water cut old oil-fields,the following problems have become increasingly obvious,such as difficulty in land acquisi-tion for production,obstacles in benefit development,and high environmental protection require-ments.Through the innovation of concept,technology and management,Dagang Oilfield upgrades the“multi-well pad”well construction mode,and explores key technologies such as factory opera-tion,intelligent control and green management to construct well cluster sites.The intelligent well cluster field construction and management mode is formed,which integrates optimized design,intel-ligent management and control,and environmental production.The application practice of Gangxi No.1 well cluster field shows that the intelligent clusters of well field construction pattern has effec-tively improved the development and level of construction management,it also realizes environmental efficient production,and has important demonstration significance for boosting the high-quality de-velopment of old oil fields.
