摘　　要：为了克服现有落水人员难以得到及时救援、安全性低等缺点,研究设计了一种新型的落水人员定位报警装置,能够确保落水人员触发定位报警器,并将落水人员的位置信息以信号的形式发出,使得救援队能够及时得到落水人员的位置信息,并及时进行救援,同时定位报警装置具有自动充气的功能,气囊膨胀后可以使落水人员漂浮在水面上,从而能够进行自救,为落水人员赢得救援的时间。In order to overcome the shortcomings in saving people falling overboard,such as difficul-ty in getting timely rescue and low safety,a new type of alarm device locating people falling over-board is designed and studied.It ensures that the positioning alarm can be triggered by people falling overboard,and sends the location of people falling into water in the form of a signal,so that the res-cue team can get the information of location and carry out rescue in time.At the same time,the po-sitioning alarm device has the function of automatic inflation,people falling into water can float after the airbag is inflated,thus they can carry out self-rescue and win rescue time.
