阴道内镜技术在宫腔镜诊治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析探讨阴道内镜技术在宫腔镜诊治中的应用价值。方法选取200例行宫腔镜诊治的患者,根据诊治目的不同分为检查组和治疗组各100例;再根据宫腔镜使用类型不同,将检查组分为A组(传统宫腔镜)和B组(阴道内镜)各50例,将治疗组分为C组(传统宫腔镜)和D组(阴道内镜)各50例。对比A组和B组的检查时间、实施成功率、疼痛评分和患者满意度和术者满意度;对比C组和D组的手术时间、疼痛评分、并发症发生率、患者满意度和术者满意度。结果与A组比较,B组检查时间较短,疼痛评分较低,患者及术者满意度均较高(P<0.05);两组实施成功率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。与C组比较,D组手术时间较短,疼痛评分和并发症发生率较低,患者及术者满意度均较高(P<0.05)。结论与传统宫腔镜比较,阴道内镜技术可明显提升宫腔镜的诊治效果。Objective To analyze and explore the application value of vaginal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of hysteroscopy.Methods 200 patients with hysteroscopic diagnosis and treatment were selected and divided into examination group and treatment group according to the different purposes of diagnosis and treatment,with 100 cases in each group.According to the different types of hysteroscopy,the examination group was divided into group A(traditional hysteroscopy)and group B(vaginal endoscopy),with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was divided into group C(traditional hysteroscopy)and group D(vaginal endoscopy),with 50 cases in each group.The examination time,success rate,pain score,and patient and operator satisfaction degree were compared between group A and group B.The operation time,pain score,incidence of complications,and patient and operator satisfaction degree were compared between group C and group D.Results Compared with group A,the examination time of group B was shorter,the pain score was lower,and the patient and operator satisfaction degree were higher(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with group C,the operation time of group D was shorter,the pain score and the incidence of complications were lower,and the patient and operator satisfaction degree were higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional hysteroscopy,vaginal endoscopy can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of hysteroscopy.
