摘 要:目的探讨胰岛素泵强化降糖对初发2型糖尿病患者血糖及脂质代谢水平的影响。方法将2020年9月至2022年10月在我院收治的72例初发2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各36例。对照组给予门冬胰岛素常规皮下注射,观察组给予胰岛素泵强化降糖治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖、血脂水平。结果治疗后,两组的FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的FBG、2hPBG及HbA1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG及LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵强化降糖治疗初发2型糖尿病患者可有效调控血糖及脂质代谢水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of insulin pump intensive glucose lowering on blood glucose and lipid metabolism levels in patients with first-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 72 patients with first-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each groups.The control group was given routine subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart,and the observation group was given insulin pump intensive glucose lowering.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TC,TG and LDL-C levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the HDL-C levels were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The TC,TG and LDL-C levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HDL-C level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Insulin pump intensive glucose lowering in the treatment of patients with first-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively regulate blood glucose and lipid metabolism levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
