摘　　要：目的探讨芍黄安肠汤联合系统治疗对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者内镜分级及免疫功能的影响。方法将69例UC患者随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(34例)。对照组采用常规系统治疗,观察组在此基础上采用芍黄安肠汤治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组的疗效、内镜分级、免疫功能和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组内镜分级评分低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论芍黄安肠汤联合系统治疗对UC患者具有良好的效果,可改善内镜分级,调节机体免疫功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the impact of Shaohuang Anchang Tang combined with systemic therapy on endoscopic grading and immune function in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 69 UC patients were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(34 cases).The control group was given routine systemic therapy,while the observation group was treated with Shaohuang Anchang Tang on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.The efficacy,endoscopic grading and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Afer treatment,the endoscopic grading score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Shaohuang Anchang Tang combined with systemic therapy in the treatment of UC patients has better effect,which can improve the endoscopic grading,and regulate the immune function,with higher safety.
