腹膜外间隙内环口缩窄联合全腹膜外疝修补术在腹股沟斜疝患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹膜外间隙内环口缩窄联合全腹膜外疝修补术在腹股沟斜疝患者中的应用效果。方法将60例腹股沟斜疝患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予以全腹膜外疝修补术治疗,观察组予以腹膜外间隙内环口缩窄联合全腹膜外疝修补术治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组的VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论与全腹膜外疝修补术相比,腹膜外间隙内环口缩窄联合全腹膜外疝修补术可明显降低腹股沟斜疝患者术后并发症发生率,但未明显加重患者术后疼痛程度,有利于术后尽快恢复。Objective To analyze the application effect of extraperitoneal space inner ring narrowing combined with total extraperitoneal hernia repair in patients with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods 60 patients with indirect inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with total extraperitoneal hernia repair,and the observation group was treated with extraperitoneal space inner ring narrowing combined with total extraperitoneal hernia repair.The operation related indicators,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 days after surgery,no statistical difference was found in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with total extraperitoneal hernia repair,extraperitoneal space inner ring narrowing combined with total extraperitoneal hernia repair can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with indirect inguinal hernia,but does not significantly aggravate the postoperative pain degree,which is conducive to the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
