杜仲颗粒联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗妊娠期高血压患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察杜仲颗粒联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗妊娠期高血压患者的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2022年12月我院收治的130例妊娠期高血压患者,随机分为常规组(65例)和联合组(65例)。常规组口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗,联合组在常规组基础上采用杜仲颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的DBP、SBP、24 h尿蛋白、Hcy、PAPPA水平均降低,且联合组DBP、SBP、24h尿蛋白、Hcy、PAPPA水平低于常规组、(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PLGF、sFIt-1水平均提高,且联合组PLGF、sFIt-1水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组的不良妊娠结局发生率为3.08%,低于常规组的13.85%(P<0.05)。结论杜仲颗粒联合硝苯地平缓释片可明显改善妊娠期高血压患者的临床症状和血清指标水平,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective To observe the effect of Dongzhong particles combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 130 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(65 cases)and combined group(65 cases).The routine group was treated with oral nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the combined group was treated with Dongzhong particles on the basis of the routine group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the DBP,SBP,24 h urine protein,Hcy and PAPPA levels of both groups decreased,and the DBP,SBP,24 h urine protein,Hcy and PAPPA levels of the combined group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PLGF and sFIt-1 levels of both groups increased,and the PLGF and sFIt-1 levels of the combined group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined group was 3.08%,lower than 13.85%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dongzhong particles combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and serum indicator levels of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
