多U型子宫压迫缝合治疗剖宫产后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多U型子宫压迫缝合治疗剖宫产后出血的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的150例剖宫产后出血患者,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用B-Lynch缝合止血,观察组采用多U型子宫压迫缝合。比较两组的止血效果及预后。结果观察组术中、术后2 h、术后24 h出血量及红细胞输注量、血浆输注量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组子宫切除、继发性贫血、月经异常发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。末期随访,观察组躯体功能、情绪、角色功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多U型子宫压迫缝合治疗剖宫产后出血的效果较好,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of multiple U-shaped uterine compression suture in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 150 patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group used B-Lynch suture for hemostasis,and the observation group received multiple U-shaped uterine compression suture.The hemostatic effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss during surgery,2 hours and 24 hours after surgery,red blood cell infusion and plasma infusion of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of hysterectomy,secondary anemia and abnormal menstruation in the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).During the final follow-up,the scores of physical function,emotion,role function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multiple U-shaped uterine compression suture has better effect in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section,which can reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
