摘　　要：目的探讨支持性表达疗法(SET)对肺癌患者创伤后成长及心理韧性的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月本院收治的80例肺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用SET。比较两组的创伤后成长评分及心理韧性评分。结果护理后,观察组创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)、Connor-Davidson韧性量表(CD-RISC)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SET可促进肺癌患者创伤后成长,提高患者的心理韧性.Objective To explore the impact of supportive expression therapy(SET)on post-traumatic growth and mental toughness in patients with lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received SET.The traumatic growth and mental toughness scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions SET can promote the post-traumatic growth and improve the mental toughness of patients with lung cancer.
