摘　　要：目的探讨医护康一体化管理模式在老年卒中后肢体功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年1月我院收治的81例老年卒中后肢体功能障碍患者,根据入院顺序不同将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用医护康一体化管理模式,两组均持续干预3个月。比较两组患者的肢体功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护康一体化管理模式应用于老年卒中后肢体功能障碍患者中,可明显促进其肢体功能好转,提升其日常生活能力,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical,nursing and health management model in elderly patients with limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods 81 elderly patients with limb dysfunction after stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41)according to the different admission order.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given integrated medical,nursing and health management model on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued the intervention for 3 months.The limb functions,daily living ability of and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,Barthel Index(BI)score and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated medical,nursing and health management model applied in elderly patients with limb dysfunction after stroke can significantly improve the limb function,daily living ability and quality of life.
