摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作护理对血友病患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2022年6月我院收治的800例血友病患者,随机分为两组各400例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多学科协作护理,均持续护理3个月。比较两组的并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果观察组并发症发生率为4.50%,明显低于对照组的11.25%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理可明显降低血友病患者并发症发生风险,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on complications and quality of life in patients with hemophilia.Methods 800 patients with hemophilia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 400 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing for 3 months.The complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.50%,significantly lower than 11.25%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension in SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can significantly reduce the risk of complications in patients with hemophilia,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
