摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持结合穴位低频电刺激干预对胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的影响。方法将150例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的胆囊结石患者随机分为对照组与观察组各75例。对照组给予穴位低频电刺激干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予社会支持,比较两组患者的心理应激反应、心理弹性水平及胃肠道功能恢复时间。结果干预后,观察组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组中文简化版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠鸣恢复、排气及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社会支持结合穴位低频电刺激干预可明显缓解胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的心理应激反应,提高其心理弹性水平,促进患者胃肠功能尽快恢复。Objective To explore the impact of social support combined with acupoint low-frequency electrical stimulation intervention on gallstone patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 150 gallstone patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given acupoint low-frequency electrical stimulation intervention,and the observation group was given social support on the basis of the control group.The psychological stress response,psychological resilience level and gastrointestinal function recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CD-RISC scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust time and defecation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Social support combined with acupoint low-frequency electrical stimulation intervention can significantly alleviate the psychological stressresponse of gallstone patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve the psychological resilience level,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function as soon as possible.
