循证型叙事护理对慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析循证型叙事护理对慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者的遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2021年3月至2022年5月收治的慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者86例,随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证型叙事护理。对比两组的遵医行为及生活质量。结果观察组各项遵医行为比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证型叙事护理可有效提高慢性胃炎合并胃溃疡患者的遵医行为及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the impact of evidence-based narrative nursing on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis complicated wtih gastric ulcer.Methods 86 patients with chronic gastritis complicated wtih gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based narrative nursing.The compliance behavior and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance behavior rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based narrative nursing can effectively improve the compliance behavior and quality of life patients with chronic gastritis complicated wtih gastric ulcer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
