摘 要:兰新线作为横贯西北地区连接新疆与内地的运输大动脉,对带动沿线经济发展起着极其重要的作用。近年来,随着疆煤外运量和中欧班列、中亚班列开行数量不断增加,兰新线货运能力愈发紧张。从车流结构、点线能力、关键节点、困难区段、自然环境等方面,分析兰新线在货运能力利用上存在的问题,提出优化列车开行方案、强化车流运输组织、保障关键节点畅通、强化困难区段行车组织、加强路外环境整治等兰新线货运能力提高对策,达到提升兰新线货运能力的目的,以满足日益增长的货运市场需求,实现铁路货运增量目标。Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line,as a transportation artery connecting Xinjiang and the mainland across Northwest China,plays an extremely important role in driving the economic development along the line.In recent years,with the increasing number of Xinjiang coal shipments and trains in Central Europe and Central Asia,the freight capacity of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line has become increasingly huge.From the aspects of traffic flow structure,point-line capacity,key nodes,difficult sections,and natural environment,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the utilization of freight capacity of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line and put forward some countermeasures to improve the freight capacity of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line,such as optimizing train operation scheme,strengthening traffic flow transportation and organization,ensuring smooth flow of key nodes,strengthening traffic organization in difficult sections,and strengthening off-railway environment improvement,so as to improve freight capacity of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line,meet the increasing demand of freight market,and realize the goal of railway freight increment.
