摘 要:新拜铁路是国家中长期铁路网规划中新疆铁路网的重要组成部分,是加速南疆地区区域经济发展的重要通道,对提高国防交通保障能力、维护边疆地区稳定和长治久安具有十分重要的意义,因此有必要对其引入南疆线接轨点方案进行系统研究。研究了新和站、伊斯克苏站、三道桥站及库车西站接轨等4个方案,研究结论表明,从线路长度方面分析,伊斯克苏接轨方案线路长度最短,但工程条件复杂;从土地利用及占用农田区角度分析,伊斯克苏与库车西接轨方案较优;从既有车站接轨条件、运输组织、吸引客货流、环境影响、工程设置和投资等方面分析,新和站接轨方案较优。最终推荐新和站接轨方案。本研究成果可为类似项目提供借鉴与参考。Xinhe-Baicheng Railway is an important part of Xinjiang railroad network in the medium and long-term railroad network planning of China.It is an important channel to accelerate the regional economic development in the southern Xinjiang area and is of great importance to improve the national defense and transportation guarantee capacity and maintain the stability and long-term peace and security of the border area.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a systematic study on the track scheme linking Xinhe-Baicheng Railway with Southern Xinjiang Line.This paper studied four track schemes involving Xinhe Station,Iskesu Station,Sandaoqiao Station,and Kuchexi Station.The research finds the track scheme involving Iskesu Station has the shortest line in terms of line length,but the engineering conditions are complicated;the track schemes involving Iskesu Station and Kuchexi Station are better in terms of land use and occupied farmland area;according to the analysis of the existing station linking conditions,transportation organization,passenger and cargo flow,environmental impact,engineering settings,and investment,the track scheme involving Xinhe Station is superior and is finally recommended.The research result can provide a reference for the design of similar projects.
